11. Use of the Property

The property must not be used for events, illegal activity, or commercial use. Quiet hours may apply. If illegal activity or misuse occurs, the booking may be cancelled immediately.

12. Internet and Utilities

Internet access is provided for normal use. Excessive use or misuse may result in temporary restrictions. Utility use should be reasonable. Any attempt to alter equipment, wiring, or supplied devices is prohibited.

13. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. By booking, you consent to the use of your data for reservation management, communication, and legal requirements.

14. Maintenance and Access
